Real momentum building at our Yallarah project in Echuca, Victoria!

With the first three stages now titled and homes already under construction, the Yallarah community is starting to take shape, and we’ll see our first residents moving in over the coming months.

One of the most exciting milestones ahead for the project is Echuca’s largest display village coming to life - with our builder partners set to open doors in Q3 2026.

From here, the pace continues with stage 3 titles on track for Q3 2026 and Stage 4 kicking off shortly.
