We are pleased to share that Stages 1–4 at Gracewood are now titled, marking the delivery of the first 70 homesites within the growing Mallala community.

This is a significant milestone for Gracewood and an exciting step forward for future residents, with purchasers now progressing towards settlement and preparing to build their new homes.

Planned to deliver more than 500 homesites, Gracewood will continue to support the long-term growth of Mallala through thoughtfully planned residential living and future community development.
