Further strengthening our established commercial portfolio, we’re pleased to share that Wel.Co is delivering a new early learning centre at Harlowe in Huntly, Bendigo.

As part of our commitment to creating well-rounded masterplanned communities, this purpose-built centre will offer over 100 places for local families – with preferential placement for our Harlowe residents.

This project is the latest in a series of commercial initiatives across our communities, reinforcing Wel.Co's focus on delivering not just residential estates, but complete, connected places.
