As a professional footballer in the Australian Football League, Andrew’s honesty, courage and dependability saw him become Vice Captain of Essendon Football Club. Today, in business, his dedication and success have secured him equally high standing.
Luke’s background as a trusted senior financial and governance professional has seen him work with some of Melbourne’s leading property professionals, with 15 years’ senior management experience across a broad range of private and public entities including roles with nationally recognised builders and infrastructure companies.
Luke’s practical experience is backed up with CPA and FGIA memberships, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce.
Clare has over 15 years of experience in the Australian property industry, spanning developments, business operations, financial management, brand, communications, ESG and strategic leadership. As Chief Operating Officer of Wel.Co, Clare leads the company’s developments, finance, sales and marketing, and corporate strategy functions. She plays a pivotal role in driving growth across a national portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and social infrastructure projects, with a focus on operational excellence, financial discipline, and delivering thriving communities.
