In another major milestone for Wel.Co, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) has now formally approved the site Context Plan for our Kagaru project in South East Queensland.

This unlocks over 1,300 future homes in what was formerly farming land, helping us deliver more thriving communities in key growth corridors.

Kagaru represents a meaningful contribution to future housing supply in the region, and we look forward to continuing to work with government and industry partners to bring this community to life.
