Following the terrific news that Moorabool Shire Council have progressed our rezoning proposal, our masterplanned community in Ballan has officially moved into the next stages of approval.

It’s another win for us as development partners and a further demonstration of the momentum we’re building across our national portfolio.

This is a significant step forward as we move closer to launching a community that will deliver approximately 900 homes, three local parks, wetlands, active open space, essential community infrastructure, and public access to a previously private stretch of the Werribee River.

In great timing, the Wel.Co team was back in Ballan over the weekend for the annual Ballan Football & Netball Club Sponsorship Lunch. As proud sponsors of the club for the past four years, it was a great opportunity for our Founder and Managing Director, Andrew Welsh, to engage with the very club and community that we are now one step closer to bringing to life.
