Gracewood Mallala has made impressive progress throughout 2025, with civil works advancing steadily and the future streetscapes beginning to take shape across the site. What was once a blank canvas is now transforming into a connected, well-planned neighbourhood that will support the growing Mallala region.

With 130 lots currently under construction, we remain firmly on track to deliver the first homes to future residents next year.
