Varun Sachdev is a strategic finance executive with deep expertise in capital structuring, funds management, and enterprise value creation across complex real estate platforms. As Chief Financial Officer at Wel.Co, Varun is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, capital partnerships, funding structures, and governance frameworks to support the continued growth of the business.

Varun brings extensive experience from ASX-listed and institutional environments, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Eildon Capital Group. In this role, he led the structured divestment and wind-down of the group, successfully managing over $220 million in assets under management while preserving investor confidence and maximising returns.

Prior to this, Varun held senior roles at MaxCap Group, where he oversaw finance across a large institutional property platform, and at Winslow Group, supporting development and construction operations through funding and feasibility management.

A CPA and holder of a Master of Finance from the University of Melbourne, Varun also brings strong regulatory expertise as a Responsible Manager under an AFSL, with experience across ASIC, ASX, AUSTRAC, and APRA compliance frameworks.
