Clare leads the strategy and execution of Wel.Co’s national business, with oversight across development, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the Australian property sector, she brings deep capability across development delivery, commercial strategy and operations.

Her role is focused on driving disciplined performance across the portfolio - ensuring projects progress as planned and outcomes are delivered consistently in line with partner expectations. She also leads the systems, processes and governance frameworks that underpin Wel.Co’s continued growth at scale.

Clare’s experience is complemented by her position on the board of Storey Residential, a not-for-profit affordable housing provider.
